Product Development

Our in-house technical team and formulation chemists, leveraging their professional skills and knowledge, are capable of creating custom products for your brand from scratch.

We will arrange an initial call with you to discuss your brief and gather all information regarding the required formula, ingredients, marketing points, packaging, etc. After receiving your brief, depending on the inventory status in our warehouse, we may either modify existing formulas or develop a product for your brand entirely from scratch.

The schedule for development projects can vary. However, we recommend allowing up to 3-4 months to perfect the product. The ideal initial order quantity for a development project is 3,000 units per product.

Formulations

A draft INCI will be created for you. Once approved, samples will be submitted to you for review.

Adjustments can be made to the initial samples to modify the formula's efficacy, consistency, and aroma.

Product Testing

As standard all products will have the relevant testing carried out ; Stability, COA, MSDS. Additional testing may be available upon request.

Manufacturing

Once the product has passed the testing stage we will proceed to order in raw materials (lead times may vary).

When all components are on site the product will then be produced at our GMP-certified site in our mixing vessels prior to moving on to the filling and labelling lines.

Throughout every step of the process your dedicated account manager will keep you up to date to ensure the project is running smoothly.
