We follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and we are ISO 22716 and ISO 13485 certified. Whether we’ve developed a custom formula, or you bring your own formula, we will consistently manufacture your products according to exacting standards and deliver them on time.

We produce a wide range of personal care, cosmetics, skincare and other products.

We pride ourselves on growing and scaling with our customers which, has allowed us to invest in our facility.

Our purpose-built factory contains a variety of process vessels from 5L to 1000L allowing us to be flexible, manufacturing for both start-ups and established multi-national brands.

We continuously invest substantial resources in machinery operations, including:

• 400 kg emulsifying kettle for the production of emulsions, gels, detergents, oils, and other liquid products. 

• Color mill, suitable for tinting cosmetics such as foundations, eyeshadows, and lipsticks. 

• Wax melter and hot filling equipment for the thermal filling of balms. 

• Salt/powder room, mixers, and powder mills for processing powders. 

• Tube filling machines for precise filling applications. 

• Automated filling lines with 4-head and 6-head configurations for efficient production. 

• Semi-automated filling lines, along with labeling machines and sealing machines, to streamline packaging processes.

Quality & Compliance

Our in house technical, QC & regulatory team ensure all products meet what is required in order to be compliant with ISO13485 and ISO22716.

 

We set specifications for packaging and products specific to customer requirements and our quality team set high standard to ensure our customers are pleased with the quality of our work.
