While we typically try to answer our clients’ questions the same day, please allow 24-48 hours. If your request is urgent, please call either of our sales offices. Please note our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8 am to 6 pm EST.

Yes, you may request samples once you have gone through the sales consultation process with our team. It takes approximately7-15 days, depending on the requirement. Mold fee is needed for customized samples, samples will be sent out after you are satisfied with the sample we produce.

Our minimum order quantity is 1000 units per SKU for packaged & labeled product and 100 KGS when ordering in bulk.
